Paul was late on his last three yearly SEC reports. An examination of them reveals a shocking lack of management skill.
The announcement of the 'get on the bandwagon' electric version was an attempt to stimulate the stock price as Elio was on the verge of being delisted.
The stock just rises to a buck. Promising 'soon' updates, nothing more is heard, as usual. The stock plummets. Elio is really promoting himself, people yawn.
Elio no longer meets the requirements for the exchange and at 11AM they are toast.
No 'green' investor is going to invest in a company run into the ground by a manic narcissist. The amount Elio already spent to produce nothing useable, about $300M, his $150M in outstand debt, his Louisiana lawsuit fines that are due, and his insistence on a ridiculous business plan precludes investment by anybody who isn't a fool.

Wow Elio Motors stock just went up 100%. Somebody traded 1000 shares at $0.0002 (10/28/21 at 2:34 EST)
So someone thinks it's going to go up and somebody else want out. Time will tell who is right.
Edit: At .0002 X 1000 that would be $0.20
For $200 you could buy 1,000,000 shares.

Well, This is a bite of amazing news. Elio Stock shot up 100%. That's right a whole 100 % !!! Now at 33M market cap. Things are looking better. Time to celebrate Friends.

LillyMay, if you spent about $2000 for the stock at $0.0002 you would have 10,000,000 (10 million) shares. As a major shareholder perhaps they would be obligated to tell you whats going on.
