Here is a product that has been mentioned here before. I think it beats "fix-a-flat"in several ways...

during a conversation earlier today with Jerome Vassallo, VP of Sales at the Elio exhibit on 12-6-14 in Charlotte, NC, I learned that EM plans to include some type of tire sealer in a pressurized container to use in repairing a flat tire .... the exact product wasn't mentioned .... in addition Elios ordered with the SkyzMatic system will be able to quickly locate the nearest Pep Boys with the appropriate size tire in stock

even more good news, when you get there they will have the tire .... the system is supposed to be able to make sure that you aren't sent to a Pep Boys that doesn't have the right size tire
