The P5: What Would You Change?

The Elgin gauges I can live with.
I can live with the AMT.
But the black plastic rear panel is so ugly! They really need to do a better job with it...its so plain.
An after market rear panel will be my first add/change.

I just mentioned in a recent thread; I always de-emblem my vehicles.
And if a dealers name is on a license frame, I ask them if they are going to pay me to advertise their dealership; if they say no, pop, off goes the license plate frame, and I hand it back to them.

I feel the same way about T Shirts. No one cares where I have been and no one is paying me to wear their logo. Therefore I don't wear advertisements.

You do realize that altering the vehicle in that manner will void your warantee copyright?

I couldn't agree with you more about the rear panel. They "did" have a great design but for some reason decided to change it. (see below).

I kind of like the black plastic fender guard idea because I will be able to drill it, cut it, and stick things to it, and not feel bad.

Yes. A convenient cup holder that fits LARGE cups is a must.

How about a convenient cupholder that adjusts to the size of the cup. Or is that too innovative to ask for?

Have it painted to match the vehicle and call it a good day.

May as well do the front wheel skirts while you're at it.

Put this at the rear, it'll keep 'em scratching their heads (only works with red, and the other color which cannot be spoken- Y_ _ _ow)

I like that better also, except for the exposed wheel.
