I'm guessing if tires are rotated on the car, they will be done left to right....or would it be right to left? LOL

Correct; and being that the front tires are a different size than the rear tire, it's a vehicle you don't rotate tires on.Most LRR tires made today have rotation direction markings on the outside of the sidewall.
If this is the type of tire mounted on the Elio. Swaping left to right side would require remounting on the rim, would it not?
