lol, that requires over-steer. It's an exceptional situation when an Elio will show anything but under-steering. So, no, not reliably enough to use it as a technique.

OK if you must, there is one thing a front-wheel drive tadpole can do better than anything else;
In a tight 'steady' turn under heavy power, you can squeal the hell out of the front inside tire, and still make a controlled and safe turn. In fact the more power and noise, then the slower and more controlled the turn, with one exception. If the wheel hops or bounces it could get a bit irregular. Which is why I address this to a 'steady' turn, ie steady line of drive.
It does not get you around a race track faster, so racers who want to win would not likely do that. They would keep it right on the edge of it however.
And yes, I agree, you will see a LOT of that on UTube.
