discussions of a second shift were based on reaching a point where a single shift couldn't meet the demand

Guy on the video " ....... I even painted the rims ....... " yeah, along with the tire sidewall.
Notice he didn't show inside the PU bed and the door jambs?
But really, a ROLLER???? Like on Monday Night Football pregame ...... Come On Man!!
I know... a roller? But, I've painted a car in a professional paint booth at he base auto hobby shop using real paint and very good guns. As long as the paint covers he car, wet sanding he paint and then the clear coat and more wet sanding makes it very smooth... smoother than some stock paint jobs I've seen. Oh, I left out the buffing and polishing. Anyway, rolling I on would have been faster for me as I could have cut out a few costs...

That's the trick to a truly great painter; you can do a paint job and not have to do all of the sanding and polishing after.
Using a urethane enamel you can.
I've done garage paint jobs using spray cans; had 2 helpers, they stood back shaking cans and putting a spray handle on, and would hand it to me.
Came out great. No paint booth, no fancy gear, and a lots of hoping.
