Thanks for providing this link. Certainly is an option for those who want to sit side-by-side and it appears to have the HP for those who demand high speed and acceleration. Because it has a wider footprint it will never come close to the 84 mpg of the Elio. Also since it costs more than $20,000 without engine it cannot compete with the Elio $6800 pricing. It certainly will appeal to a different economic segment of the population. Beautiful vehicle none the less.

I have never heard of it before until today.
But you are right, expensive even before the Hayabusa engine, and that would not be cheap itself.
And a Hayabusa does not get that good fuel mileage to start with.
But it would have tons of power and speed.
I am looking into the Slingshot, but with dealers tacking on thousands of dollars, It is turning me off on both the dealers and Polaris.
I just have this thing about being openly and blatantly scr***d over by dealers.
