the gas cover was a VERY intense long lasting scientific, discussion, that went on forever and for many it is a reminder how silly we can be in something as mundane as the location of the gas filler. Pages were spent. BTW, as I was corrected, it's not going to be a gas "cap", it was described as a cover similar to small engines (I'm not familiar with this device)
the road crew, -you referred to them as "the hired help" and I was trying to make the point how important to the project these folks are

I couldn't agree more .... other than Paul, the folks working the tour are the face of EM .... they are the people that those interested in EM can meet and talk with first hand .... the importance of their friendly, knowledgeable, professional manner cannot be overstated

Well I got an email on the supplier summit, but it literally didn't say what happened at the applied summit. :/

I received the same emails .... about the best I can tell, the suppliers met, exchanged information and "Now that the funding picture is coming into focus thanks to recent crowdfunding initiatives, we are zeroing in on our production timeline. Our collective supplier team is working together feverishly to iron out minute details that, ultimately, will save our customers money." .... hopefully those supplier teams can get it together and get things going .... for EM to build the E - series, they will need to do so

Ok, I wasn't sure. I didn't mean any offense by it. It's good to know. If I can make it, I'll surely present my questons to them and see what they have to say.

Don't worry about it. We have tons of pages on things and those pages often very into weird territory. People are pretty opinionated about some things... Do you put he gas cap right next to the only door or on he other side? Left side puts you closer to a pump but the right gets you out of traffic... apparently, people are getting run over in gas stations and are running out of gas on highways at an alarming rate.

Please let his be the last post that mentions the gas cap... I didn't think so...

All this talk about the Elio being a death trap because it has only one door and the passenger can't get out fast enough because of the driver is in the way !...Are you kidding me ?...it's a economical commuter transport classified as a "Autocycle" with safety rating higher than any motorcycle ever produced on planet earth ! The Elio crashing into a eighteen wheeler...I doubt the extra door...ejection seat with pop off roof will do you much good anyway . There are endless cash examples that four door passenger vehicles have rolled and there were no survivors...so,it sounds like you might change your mind...which isn't all bad I guess ? That's just one person less ahead of me at production time...jusy sayin'
