At least for the flight part.. not sure what you have to do to get it considered road-worthy, emissions-friendly, etc...
I assumed the wings would fold up alongside or on the roof of the craft while it is roadable. (it would look like a car with pontoons, but flying cars have a long history of looking dumb).Fly OK, maybe -- but it takes up 3 lanes minimum which will make it unpopular on the roads!
