Supposedly...there’s going to be a court hearing on this upcoming Tuesday ...

FYI... I’ve checked the court dockets for 03/27/2018...and I’m not will able to locate a currently scheduled hearing
that involves Elio Motors?

I wonder if there’s any updated information with regards to this hearing?

I’ve included a link to the original article that highlights this matter...

The original article stated...

GRETNA, LA (KSLA) -

In 2018, the three-wheel vehicle startup Elio Motors and the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission are set to go before a Jefferson Parish judge.

Elio Motors is seeking to overturn the charges and fines laid on them by the LMVC over the summer. According to the 24th Judicial District Court of Clerk's office in Gretna, La., attorneys for both Elio and the LMVC will appear before Judge June Barensburg at 10 a.m. on March 27, 2018.

Good catch. Maybe settled out of court? If so maybe the SEC report will shed some light. Hope they release the report soon.

Yes...so many unanswered questions with regards to the current status of Elio Motor...

I’m fascinated by the fact that Paul is no longer the spokesperson for Elio Motors...

The clock is ticking!! LOL

That's some great research. I see that they are taking off the Easter holiday (Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday). I can't find Elio Motors listed for tomorrow. I also wonder if it was settled a while back and that the pictures that were taken on Friday were for an investors meeting where they were now happy and ready to pull the trigger. It could explain why they have not made the last blog public (unless you signed up for them) because it's some sort of SEC rule. This could be some great news in the next few days ahead.

I’m certain that there are no SEC rules that limit any positive communication from Elio Motors...

Any notion that Paul Elio’s seven month silence is result of any SEC regulation is just an urban myth..

And...the hundred million dollar NASDAQ
IPO...maybe after they build a fleet of functional specification ready test vehicles...but I recall that’s what the funds from the first IPO were supposed to be spent on...

While the fat lady may have lost all interest in even showing up for the swan song, I can hear Seger in the distance...
