Simple answer. If you get a blowout, take the tire off the elio and then call Uber on your smartphone and bring the tire to the nearest place that does tires. Call Uber again and go back to your Elio and put the new tire back on.

Take jack, lug wrench and spare out of the tire repair trailer you are towing.

i assumed you bought a jack and lug wrench and put it in the trunk just in case. i dont think it would hurt gas mileage. they dont weigh that much. here is a 1 ton jack from walmart

they will respond. they have all your credit card info and personal info on file already. the driver will ask your name to make sure you are the one that called, and you will ask the driver his name and check his plates to make sure he is the authorized car to pick you up. you can even call the driver to triple check that it is him. you will have all the info, and you never get in the car unless you check the plates.i applied to be a driver. will probably start next year some time.
