Paul has done this once. Least I think. In an attempt to say "i'm sorry its taken this long" they gave us more of our bonus towards the Elio. How much extra you got depended on how long you did your reservation.

That fits in with the line, “and the people bowed and prayed.” Good riddance to the lot of them and hopefully get new commissioners that are actually interested in job creation, not self-aggrandizement.
