Singapore had a big problem with graffiti until they instituted caning. The government said all their graffiti stopped immediately.

As an anti-tipping device:

They would have to grab the elio at the back and put their hands under the rear edge.
Put a row of sharp tacks or nails there pointing downward. (razor wire?)

As cheap as the Elio is, and as deep as pockets as some investors have, that alarm would be doable for some here. I only hope they have a webcam on it while someone tries to tip it. That be quality TV.

Back in my day "kids" carried VW's up stairs! Easy do with E.
If "they" want it it's an easy toss into a truck, as we know motor cycles with chains/wheel locks/alarms can easily get turned into parts.
When I lived in S Florida, and a quality car was stolen, Miami cops assumed it was in a container with 24hrs.
Also, if you're car was broken into- radio/electroncs, it was easy to find it at the nearby "flee" market
