Brake Light Flasher

This is interesting; I think I'll have to stop by Hannah Auto Group and talk to a couple of people I know there and see if they're aware of this since they install it on so many vehicles.

Looking at the one I installed, this is the way it operates; the 3rd brake light doesn't go dark between flashes. If you got into the programming on the 3rdbrakelight, you might be able to make it go dark between flashes, but I'm not sure.

As for illegal, I'm willing to take my chances. I watch people here at home change lanes in the middle of an intersection, turn left on red and run stop signs in front of cops, and nothing happens... :-/

Non sealed beam headlights were illlegal for years as well; people still replaced sealed beams with Cibe and Hella lamped headlights, and I never heard (through other car club members) of anybody even having anything said to them by a cop.

I like this idea of a flashing brake light and having brake lights alone without signals on the front fenders, either standard or the retro look would be amazing.
