Whenever I log in, (8-10 am est) I continue to be amazed that soooo many folks post at ALL hours. Yea I know the time zones, but it's still a mind bender it seems folks spend too much time here. Yea I know I'm addicted too, but gee wiz I give it a break.

There are operations that run 24 hours a day 365 days a year many with humans involved. Not all of us have a 9-5 job. Not all of us have the same schedule.

It's not uncommon for me to be online at 4am with no sleep. Sometimes my schedule just lends itself to being up late and having a late morning

I often have a problem falling asleep at night. So you'll see me here at 1 or 2 in the morning trying to kill some time and attempting to catch up on some threads.

Nope - I do almost all home cooking but I do use a very large crockpot. LOL :-) Z
