Yep, tomorrow, we'll not be surprised if up to 1m gets ripped right back out. But again, does it matter? When they call for the money, it's all good if they just get what they ask for.

You know if I was trying to minimize SE payments, I'd consume the biggest reservation amounts first. Makes ya wonder what the small print looks like on the SE/EM contracts.
They may already be workin on minimizing the lowest pledges. The minimum pledge is $250. and the minimum for the stock offer will be $600. Now people who pledged $250 can still participate, but they will have to meat the $600.
minimum.

From Start Engine FAQ
Currently StartEngine offers companies the opportunity to “test the waters” under Regulation A+, and it does not charge any fees.

Once a company's offering is qualified by the SEC and the company moves forward with the offering, StartEngine will take a modest administration fee of $50 per investor for facilitating the transaction. That $50 per investor fee is consistent regardless of the individual investment amount or the overall raise and is paid by the company raising capital, not the investor. StartEngine also reserves warrants to purchase stock in an amount equal to the total administration fees.

EMs fees to SE is a flat fee per name, so would you want to par $50.00 for a $250.00 name, or $50.00 for a $2500.00 name?
