Hey Joshua, forget about the return trip on the Skyline Drive and the BRP and go to Conn. on the 30th. Stamford is just over the border from NY. You can fly back to NC on the interstate instead.

Hotels are fully prepaid for in exchange for a discount on rates. However the event will only be an hour and a half from where I'll be staying in NY assuming no massive traffic jams as I pass through NYC, I'll just have to leave earlier in the day... I plan on being there
