I wrote on You Tube that part of the facility should be used as a Special Operation Section for those customer who have ordered mods for their Elio's.
So, the owner wouldn't have be handed a box of parts upon pickup of their Elio by factory rep saying here is your mods you take care of it.

Hi Palliden, just curious, where did you read that the owner would be handed a box of parts that are the mods?
