Accidents are unpredictable except they do happen. Recently a minivan was driving too fast with a freak snow/rain/sleet event and slid into the path of 18 wheel truck and both people in the van were killed.

Injuries and deaths in accidents are unfortunate and the results of where vehicles end up after accidents can be unpredictable due to many variables such as traffic and road conditions. This being said in accidents the behavior of individual vehicles when they are involved in an accident tends to be predictable, as they are governed by the laws of physics, which is why we crash test vehicles and can use those results to improve vehicle safety.

Accidents themselves also tend to follow predictable patterns such as in the unfortunate accident you described which involved the known risky behavior of driving too fast for the slick road conditions.

All this talk , formulas, ratios etc is really a bunch of crap.. If you get broad sided, run under a truck or rear ended at 60 mph both driver and passenger are toast, no fancy words here to make someone think I'm smart, you are just plain fucking dead or so hurt that you will want your mommy.. In dem der smart terms, life expired due to an impact over powering the resistance value of the average human sketical structure.. Plain language guys, it's a1200 lb $7000 buck car...

This is very true however we must also realize that in the accidents you described you have a good chance of being seriously injured or killed in just about any car or light truck, $7K vehicle or not the limiting factor truly is the human body.

March 20, according to EM the cut off date for that group was reservations before March 16.
My first reservation was March 27th.. Second one was April 3rd or 4th..it appears that the $1000.00 all in"s are running about 25%.. That's several million bucks in Elio's pocket.. More than pays for their little p4 and few showing here and there..

So the way I figure with reservations those of us who went all in for the 1000 will get ours just a few weeks before those who did 100 all in..Doesn't really make it worth risking the addition 900.. Tooo late.. We did it..
