I simply shared what I was told, If he took a photo I will get it.. Uncle M lives in Scottsdale AZ 7 months out of the year, 53rd & Shae which is 27 streets or 1.7 miles from so called Elio hub office, No sign. He travels thru MO, OH, Mi, KY, monthly. The blue one was on the velocity channel in an excerpt of the New York car show, I saw it twice in re-runs along with Toyota and Nissan future cars. His trip to MI was planned but not to se Elio, someone there knew where Elio is housed. M is a wealthy man, has plenty of toys and no reason to lie , especially to me. So, Little man , what you think , what you believe or not believe or if you missed a tv spot showing an Elio does not matter to me.

Let's break down your uncle M's story....he said he stumbled upon the place by accident...then there's this "someone" who knew where Elio is housed....so if this guy told your uncle where the place is, then it's no "accident" your uncle was at that place wherever the hell it was! Instead of getting all worked out, call your uncle M and tell him to go back to that place and take pictures!

Its not an impossibility. Google satellite images could be old and not show what is current condition of the site. Or maybe the OP's relative is looking at the wrong place? I think its wrong to call the OP a liar.

The manufacturing for the final version will take place in Shreveport, a custom build company is doing the prototypes for them by hand in Detroit.

20 different workups? wow that's wasteful, with CAD there's just no need for all that.

Here's a thought. Could this be a wind tunnel? The discarded bodys could be unsucsessful models held together with balsam wood frames, or something like that. If Paul has been at this since 2008, 20 wind tunnel models doesn't seem too far fetched. Also, the OP's uncle saw them polishing one which makes perfect sense. Gotta keep'em slick in the wind tunnel!

I don't care either way but the map picture was from 2014. (According to Google Maps.)
