Also working on a 1973 Triumph Bonneville T140V. My brother bought it new and kept it all these years, but decided to give up riding and gave it to me. (his oldest son took it for a year or 2 and left it outside in the winter ) Had it completely apart, but slowly getting it back together.

Been riding legal on the street 49 years. From the first minibike ride I was hooked . It has been and is now a passion . Lucky my wife enjoys it also. I can not count the bikes I have had over the years. Currently have 3. 1996 Harley FB, 2015 Harley Street 750 and 2017 Harley RGU. A riding season for us is 20 to 60,000 miles.
They were out in the yard playing while I cleaned the bike room up.
Still hope to have the ELIO someday but #8019 is just a dream anymore. But at least I have aT shirt.

I have got to find and preserve that T shirt. I bought it in the wife's size and I think she has hidden it.:D

I had a 1970 Bonnie. I LOVED it. I bought it for $1000,road it every day unless it was too wet or snowing, and sold it two years later for $1050.

Only bike sat "in" HD V Rod, the outlaw bike of outlaws. As they say I felt one with it. Of course hot right foot/calf was not endearing in FL

The local Harley/John Deere dealer had an open house with lots of bikes to test ride. I've always liked the looks of the V-Rod, but when I rode it, I really didn't like the hands and feet forward C-clamp riding position. I did sort of like the XR-1200, Harley's version of a sportbike with the old flat tracker look to it.

I have a 2004 SV650 and ride it as much as I can. Great little bike after a few modifications.

The SV650 is a great fun bike, was my first (2006 SV650). Lots of torque for a smaller bike, didn't like the S model, I preferred the naked look and it apparently stuck with me. After a few years I decided to upgrade to my current bike, Triumph Speed Triple!

I currently have a Yamaha Super Tenere. This pic is of my Dad and me at the Arctic Circle in Alaska in 2011, with his Honda Gold Wing Aspencade and my Suzuki V-Strom. The Super Tenere replaced the V-Strom last year.

I ask all rider be extra careful on the Dalton Highway.
Used to drive it (in a truck), and seen more than a few 2 wheelers in pieces.
