I have not been able to find any report of where the marshalling centers will be located, just that there will be 7-10 of them.

These are projected locations for the retail stores. Whether one of those locations will be a marshalling center has not been disclosed.

ADESA's mobile website reveals 60 publicly listed locations in the US, 15 in Canada, and 2 in Mexico. It's anybody's guess as to where the seven strategically located sites will be that will ultimately cooperate with Elio Motors.
And there's already an ADESA site in Shreveport, LA, literally less than a 10-minute drive from the Elio Assembly Plant! That poor dealer auctioning site is about to explode with expansion plans if Elio has anything to do about it! It's about to become an extension campus of the main assembly plant in 9-12 months.

It almost appears as though Elio Motors just might manage to avoid ever constructing any facilities or infrastructure of its own prior to establishing real-world production.
I'm not sure who or where the initial P1 proof-of-concept test mule was created, but I'm guessing an existing garage or machine shop.
Technosports Creative in Livonia, MI has handled the prototyping process from P2-P5.
The Elio Pilot Operations Center is simply a building leased adjacent to the Technosports Creative property where the E-series vehicles are being individually hand-made.
The former GM assembly plant that was acquired from RACER Trust just needs to be retooled for production of Elio vehicles rather than Hummer's and light-duty pickup trucks.
Existing ADESA locations will provide the post-manufacture marshaling and vehicle storage, inventory, and nationwide distribution services.
Retail locations are intended to pop up in leased spaces at various shopping malls and retail centers.
Warranty service and auto repair facilities should be ready on Day 1 as existing Pep Boys franchises get schooled on how to work with the Elio.
When you tilt your head, think about it, and realize that Paul Elio just might have come up with a $300 million business plan that involves no gold shovel breaking ground ceremonies or grand opening celebrations or heavy construction involving Earth-moving machines, you realize how genius this whole thing really is.

A good guess where the marshaling center serving Boston can be deduced as follows:
Identify the Boston Elio retail store on a map.
Draw a circle around that spot with a radius of 540 miles (9 hrs X 60 mph).
Identify an Adesa facility within that circle.
That facility may be the marshaling center, unless there's another Adesa facility within that circle that's also within 540 miles of one or more Elio retail centers.

Looking at the ADESA Auction map, my guess would be either Syracuse, NY or Mercer, PA.
