The IAV deal was kind of a "Pay for play" kind of thing wasn't it? I read that IAV had already been paid. Elio has stated that they have funding to cover the entire development phase of operations. They need money to "seed the line" and begin production.

Highly likely IVA is hold engine until cash due is paid. ELIO has no money and the equipment is not selling. IVA is not going to turn over the engine until paid.

They both want your money.
They both promise to deliver something to you.

The politician has moved on to the next promise.

so, you are still spouting the same theme based on twisting facts to try and prove a point you want to make .... show me where they have publicly stated they can't meet the price or mpg .... what they have said is they aren't there yet and are still working toward achieving those goals .... recognize it or not, there is a huge difference .... you are clearly convinced that they are obtaining money by making false claims .... but the facts you make up don't make it so .... if you still fill that way, report them to state or federal authorities or go directly to EM with the accusations .... coming here and making such charges doesn't serve any constructive purpose
