Could be. I'm not going to repeat it as if it were a fact until it's verified from a reliable source though.

Someone needs to explain this projects economic impact on the Ark-La-Tex region to Secretary Perry and President Trump. 1.5K direct jobs, 1.5K related jobs, 18K indirect jobs.
And while they are at it the need to throw out Peter W. Davidson. The program was created by Congress not some Civil Servant who thinks that he makes the laws.
