Yes, I have seen this SEVERAL times, already. Just trying to get others to see it seems to be a hurdle to get over, though.
...snip..they will have it in a big box, waiting for you to take home and assemble yourself. You will have an inventory sheet, with the pieces/parts that are SUPPOSED to be in the box, and along with the instructions, will be a list of tools needed to assemble your machine.
I could give a rat's behind about Pep Boys right now. I'm just trying to figure out what kind of drugs you were on when you read this.

Well, it was aweful FUN to write!! This morning has been one of hte best laughs I have had in the last six months. I have thoroughly enjoyed being entertained as I HOPE I have entertained you all, as well.Well then we're back to you need to work on your reading skills. If anyone had said this about the Elio on this site they would have been laughed off the site.
As you're brushing up on your reading work on hitting the REPLY when you're answering someone! When you start a new comment we have no idea what you're talking about.
I think IAV designed the engine, but Elio will assemle their own in their plant. When I went on IAV's web site, I clicked on partners, and saw no mention of Elio Motors, so I sent an email inquiring if they in fact were doing business with Elio. I received this reply from their Project Development Director."Assembly" leaves a bit to the imagination. Do you know if the engine block will be created in Shreveport? I thought I read somewhere that the engine was being built there. Maybe I misread. Or perhaps my connotation of 'built' is different than the authors.

You didn't "teach" me how to "reply." I have "replied" to many other "posts" in this and other "public forums" in the last few years. I just chose NOT to hit reply. Other than that, you have a very nice day.I asked you from the start if you were trying to be funny. You've got some nerve calling my posts "crass" you don't seem to have a clue as to how a public forum works, you had to be taught to use reply as you confused the hell out of everyone while you made a poor attempt to carry out two different conversations. If you think you were being entertaining your dead wrong.
So you choose to be rude while you engaged in mental masturbation to amuse your self. Gottcha'You didn't "teach" me how to "reply." "you have to go to the Elio Store" was actually in a post by another forum member I had read, and the cost was from post #1 in "New Guesstimated Price" thread. I was actually amused that someone had actually posted "you have to go to the Elio Store," so I just made the rest up, completely. I figured there was so much speculation, and so many quotes from "apparent conference calls" and other "afficianados" I could have a little fun.So you choose to be rude while you engaged in mental masturbation to amuse your self. As far as the "mental masturbation" quote, that is funny!! I have NEVER been accused of that before, but was quite entertained by it.
