First post, so I hope this hasn't already been covered. Tire costs should be very inexpensive because I'm thinking that the tire on the back should last through two, maybe three front tire cycles. So you should only have to replace the front tires the first time around, and maybe even the second. It's very common to get around 100,000 miles out of the rear tires on a light compact front wheel drive car if you don't rotate the tires and don't carry a lot of weight in the back.

BTW, that Drive Inn South of Roseburg was located on the East side of I-5 at the Winston/Dillard exit. They just took the screen down in the last 10 years. I live just 25 miles North of Roseburg so I pass by there sometimes.
I have to ask - have you actually seen the Elio to have your picture taken or did you photoshop it? Z

Howdy neighbor Zelio! Yes, I believe I am your closest reservationist neighbor. I live in Drain just a short distance North of you. I have not actually seen an Elio in person yet. That is a photoshopped image I made. It turned out kinda cool I think. It is the "AG" (Anti Gravity) version of the Elio. (LOL!) :) Here is the actual picture I cropped the avatar from.

That is awesome! I think it was Cali Chris who commented he liked the new fenders because it gave the impression of Elio gliding over the pavement. I agreed. Your picture sure looks like it. That is very impressive. I have not seen the Elio but if it gets to Portland again I will be there!!! I know where Drain is. You have a couple of very impressive Victorian Ladies in that town. (For those who don't know, I mean houses not women.) LOL :-) Z

Thanks for the compliment on the photo. I agree about the new fenders being an improvement. At first I didn't like them, but they eventually grew on me and now I prefer them. I think Wayne Forkum's avatar really shows it best how much sleeker the new body changes on the P4 are compared to the P3. And I much prefer the new integrated headlights as well. All good improvements.

We refer to the houses you mentioned here in Drain as the "Painted Ladies". One of them is now the administration office for the high school, and the other is a chocolate shop.

Thanks Ernie. That's about where I remembered it to be.

I love taco bell, lol. That one's the best. Hey Zelio. I drove school bus in Ohio too. Small world. Ya know the two of us are going to have to keep lipstick on, while driving our pretty little elios. I guess that's a plus cause we'll be grinning and smiling at folks when they wave. Bell of the parades.
Lipstick! Lipstick! I don't think so! Why, honey, I haven't worn lipstick in simply years! They will have to appreciate my smile unadorned. LOL :-) Z
