I think the success of the Reg A+ offering is a big item in itself. That wasn't guaranteed to happen until everyone had actually committed enough real money in share purchases at the specified price to fund the E series development testing.

nothing has changed. the ATVM loan is in the same place it was 2 years ago. the customization demo is nice, but does absolutely nothing for the major roadblocks for getting to production. (and it is arguable that spending resources on the storefront, when there is still nothing to sell, is a negative, not a positive) i completely agree that those who get in at the offering price will make out like bandits if they succeed, but there has been no dramatic change in the chance that they will, since that initial offering.

Probably. But mathematically, the number is irrelevant. 100,000,000 shares at $12 is no different than 200,000 shares at $6,000.

There is a preference to keep the stock in a price range which is beneficial for selling 100 and 10,000 blocks for brokers. Less makes each transaction fee too small and more makes it too difficult to come up with funds for it's customers.

But dilution consists of creating more shares without a commensurate change in price. It is only nefarious if there is intentional misrepresentation of the basis of what is being offered.
