Will a gas can nozzle fit this thing? I know a California gas can nozzle will not!No screwing just stick it in and pump away. Just look at her she's asking for it.

There is a special funnel that comes with cars equipped with those. And, yes, CARB nozzles will work with the adapter. About as well as they work with anything else.
Size matters................
no idea I never used a gas can with the capless system. I keep a small funnel in my car for gas cans because the safety cans suck.

Are you talking about the "Gas Cap Door" or the actual "Gas Cap"? Enquiring minds want to know. Door I'd like it to be the body color and the cap black will do.

Yes it is.
A regular cap seals out dirt. When removed the nozzle goes into a clean filler neck protected by the cap.
When using a "capless" filler, the nozzle pushes a flapper that is exposed to the elements into the filler neck, along with all the crap that is on and around it. Bad idea.
