in looking through the options choices, I saw no mention of leather seats .... its been my understanding from day one that it would be an option .... that leads me to believe that the site is still in construction
in addition, I'd love to see a price for ordering a set of the retro fenders in addition to the OEM's

I would think figure the price of the retro fenders x 2 but I'm pretty sure the price on the website is including labor to install.
That brings up another point; some of these options were going to be "across the counter" sales (no labor included) but I think that would put it into a parts only section so it didn't include labor.
The site is under more construction then it appears to be.
Right now it's for "how would you order your Elio?" and doesn't have the "parts only department" ready yet.

<Little update> when you get to the end of your list and you're ready to "check out" it says "Tax, transportation, delivery fee's and Labor to install Options not included"

Nice how they sneak that in right at the end.

I "reserved" my configuration so elio knows what I want. I encourage everyone to do this so elio has as much good data as soon as possible on real customer configs, even if they aren't done rolling out options just yet...

I think I'm just going to fantasize $50 a share Elio stock, and THEN it wont look quite so high.

If they don't offer them as a factory option, they are very easy to add on your own. There are a variety of different sizes and combinations, including one that is a simple slip cover for your seat (just plug it in to the power outlet/cigarette lighter.
Just do a web search for "add on heated seats"; prices are very reasonable.

The one part I didn't like is the Licorice in there looks more like Olive Drab on my screen (probably my screen)

I think if the web guys could get ride of or minimize the "demetional refections" in the image the color would look more ture. Another thing, if the WRAP colors had names or better a manufactures reference it would be easier to judge the color.

Remember folks, this configurator is like the "beta" stage, probably even "alpha" stage of a development cycle. Software companies do this all the time, especially game developers. There are several reasons to put this out. They want to keep interest going in new ways, they want to "use" us as free testers for the software and the website, and get an early gauge of interest in various items and options. Among other likely reasons.

The site and options and pricing will all change (probably many times) between now and when they call it officially released for use.

So just have fun with it, don't take things on it too seriously!
