Good example. China did something similar with cheap Scooters. Very good (appearing) Chinese copies of popular Japanese brands. And Yes, they do "steal" some sales based on price. But very few people would buy a second one.

How is ELIO even in the running for ATVM loans. The ELIO is not a car it is still a motorcycle and there for not part of the program unless I missed a major change some where.

This is certainly not the place to debate Affordable Health Care. It may turn into a political discussion. Can we at least agree on the thanks for qualifying three wheelers to apply for the ATVM Loan Program?

That actually applies to Elio Motors with no fear of politics ruining the conversation.
