Pep Boys To Provide Service / Maintenance

For those of you that have Pep Boys locations nearby and are currently Pep Boys customers......how would you rate their customer service?

Slow as hell, but always does the job right the first time.

Question: Isn't Pep Boys the outfit famous for offering tires at "buy 3, get 1 free"? I think they see the Elio as a potential cash cow. Whaddya gonna do with that 4th tire?

Buy 3, get a full size spare

I should mention that the main part of the slow as hell is that even though the local PepBoys has a dozen bays your car sits in their parking lot for 2 days to be worked on because most of the mechanics in town either can't be trusted to do it right or charge dealership ripoff amounts.

I would rather they reimburse local shops then you can have who ever you want and trust.JMO

I am fairly certain they will be working on it, they had to get the PB network set up first.
