EMV definitely has a connected custom paint booth. The first 10 pre-production SOLOs and 1000 Signature Series Solos are all hand assembled.........hence the assembly line setup. SOLOs were set up for an open house event using a few pre-production SOLOs and appears to be 2 production model SOLOs in various 'stages' of the assembly process masked for painting. Huge Kudos to EMV based on the SOLOs development process, 10 pre-production SOLOs hand built and tested, strategic Chinese motorcycle manufacturing partner to accommodate scaled production, 2 Solo Store ribbon cuttings, and the assembly facility open house. Closest I've been in 11 years to actually buying an enclosed three wheeler providing the test drive proves to be compelling enough to follow through with my reservation.

The video was excellent and the review positive. The details about the SOLO specs seem spot on. Antuan was simply excited and overwhelmed by the SOLO driving experience. Spelling, perhaps an auto correct issue.

Wait a minute.......perhaps WE have been mis-pronouncing Electra Meccaniaa. :)

Hey Rickb, I know the SOLO is electric and it's motor is powerful enough to propel it to 100+ mph but I don't want mine "governed" to just 82! Lol. Hey, let me decide, how fast or slow I drain the battery, me, not them! :D If it's built to handle 100 mph, then taming to 82 is like amputating a horse's 4th leg! :(

LOL! The SOLOs top speed is rated at 137 mph limited to 82 mph.............that's fast enough. Wild & crazy guys simply need limitations set or they get into big trouble.

Perhaps we should both sign up for the SOLO Racing Team! :)
