Wonder how many people you could fit in the trunk?

I suspect you are too young to remember when it used to be the rage to cram as many people into a vehicle as possible trying to beat the Guinness Book of World Records. Of course the vehicle couldn't move once it was loaded. LOL :-) Z

I don't know about the tolls since I don't live where there are any, however fast food shouldn't be a problem because both parties can lean towards each other and probably manage.
I think my mirrors stick out farther than the front wheels on the Elio... I haven't had any problems... Well, maybe with making that sharp turn into the drivethrus at some places... I'm talking to you, Taco Bell.

I remember one night at the skateing rink a buddy of mine pulled up in his model A ford and a bunch of us jumped in to ride to town but the mechanical brakes wouldn't stop the car. Too much weight..LOL

A personal benefit for me. Elio is allowing me the opportunity to for the first time in a Long time consider buying an American car again. After being burned by Many big 3 purchases I have been loyal to Honda and they have Yet to let me down or leave me stranded. I look forward to the opportunity to buy american again.
I refused to buy American vehicles after meeting Jeep workers at singles dances in Toledo, OH in the early 1980s. They actually bragged about being pissed at their supervisor, or management or whatever, and taking it out on the vehicles they were building. Also the County Workhouse program was known to have a revolving door for Jeep employees who would be sentenced to the Workhouse for various crimes because it allowed them to continue to work. They would finish their sentence, go back to normal life and end up inside again because of crimes. A lot of those crimes were drug related. I certainly did not want to buy a vehicle that was built with that kind of mentality.

drive in movies will be a bit awkward....
Well I do remember drive in movies but do they still exist? There is one in our community but it has been turned into a(n) RV park. I'm not sure but I think they provide entertainment/movies for the people staying there now which I think is pretty cool if that is true.
