True, now what to do with the 5 car, Kasey Kahne. The guy is good, but just can't seem to get on track.
He used to be better, I just can't figure out what happened with him.
He was getting better, and then just went flat.

about all I can figure is he must have strong backing from Farmer's Insurance .... also, Rick Hendrick is known for his loyalty to his employees ....

True, but if you remember correctly, Shrub (Kyle Busch) drove for him, and then got dropped, and he went over to the Gibbs Group.

Kyle was dropped for his immature, tantrums .... Kasey has been smart enough to keep his mouth shut and not make is sponsor or owner look bad .... I had a great deal of respect for Joe Gibbs as an NFL coach .... that respect has been greatly diminished by the way he's run his race team

taking on Kyle speaks volumes as to the type of person he wants to be identified with .... cutting Kenseth speaks volumes as to they type of person he doesn't

Eeeeeehhhhhhh I can kind of agree, but not totally. Remember, they still have Denny Hamlin.
He could have been cut with no great loss to the overall scheme of things; Matt is getting old, and doesn't have the drive that he used to.
But you can say that of a lot of other teams; Ryan Newman is no spring chicken, neither is Curt Busch, but they are still contenders.

OH well, Jimmie qualified 4th for today's race at Indy but due to having to change a rear end gear will have to start from the rear .... tough qualifying for Chevy, only 2 now starting in the top 10 .... my girl qualified 23rd, over 5 mph slower than the pole, that's not a good omen

Nope, that will put her mid pack all day, probably a lap down by 1/2 way.
Depends on the tires though, they always have strange tire problems at Indy
