Here's some insight.
Someone boosted the grill from my '03 Mustang in our local Walmart parking lot
Clean as a whistle. Had to have used a bent phillips blind in a 1.25" space between the front of the hood and the frame.
Got those four screws and plastic expand plugs out.
Pried the grill away from the bumper.
Then had to have used a tiny ratchet with two swivels to get inside and under the bumper behind the grille to take four more bolts out blind.
Took the grille, screws, plugs and bolts.
Did not leave anything behind.
This was at night in a darker part of the lot, but there was still enough light for anyone passing by to see what was going on.
Even the best mechs I know would've taken ten minutes and a lot of patience to turn those wrenches under those conditions.
Biggest kick is that I got a grille in perfect condition off of Ebay for $37 including shipping.
Someone actually took the risk of messin' with my 'Stang for $37?
Extremely stupid and extremely lucky.
