Maybe I'm misunderstanding your concept, but wouldn't that also cause wear on the spares? I'm assuming the spares have the same dimensions and are inflated the same as the OEMs. Or does your concept involved mounting spares that are lower profile than the OEMs such that they don't touch the ground?

The "spares" would wear the same as the others, but is was more of a joke than a concept. Although it would look cool, I'm just going to carry a plug kit, or a can of fix-a-flat.

Got it. My smart had a compressor-sealant kit, similar to this one. Worked great, and can be reusable if you run warm water through it once you get home.
