EMV's CEO says the SOLO doesn't need no stinkin AC. You must be a late adopter and simply looking for excuses to keep buying gas!
I was an early adopter that had the AC option and my "good to go" April 2017 delivery date is long past.

Glad I don't work for Jerry, if you opinion is not the same as his you could be in trouble!
I discovered that CEO fault late in the process, but glad I did before I sent money and took delivery. That management style may work on some employees, but not on future customers. My experience with EMV's employees is that they were courteous and very helpful, never insulting or confrontational.

He's getting cocky because he's got the Chinese backing in place and technically they're ready to crank up SOLO's next year. It's good that we're getting answers straight from the horses' mouth but like Rickb, it'll be for the good of his company to let professional customer service specialists answer questions because he's not messing up future orders!

I was pleasantly surprised that I got a response on my inquiry regarding the A/C option from no less than Mark West. Here's it is:

Would you like to update your reservation to include A/C? It should not affect you receiving a Signature Series plate.

After thanking him I responded by saying if the A/C will not delay my SOLO delivery then by all means I want it added to my reservation! And so there you go fellas, straight from the horses' mouth.
