I write off money given to people for their needs and if I get it back hooray as you say. Investing my money is different however. I have lost thousands on risky ventures but I research and then make decision on what I have. The amount of my "all in" in ratio to what I will possibly get is ridiculously cheap.

I have seen info that the Elio will not have to meet many of tests an automobile will but nothing that the final test vehicle being built. As very close to final, would not be surprised and would be pleased at anything speeding up process.

Unfortunately while the suppliers are indeed working on parts and sub-assemblies in the background no vehicle building just yet. Trust me I know I would hear about that one way or another if they were.

The last I heard was that test vehicle builds would be timed to coincide with when additional engines are ready. Notice, I did not write these builds would happen after the engines are ready or after the engine is done testing. The vehicle builds will very likely begin before the engines are actually ready however this time period will likely be measured in weeks and not months. It does cost EM extra money if they have Technosports begin building these vehicles and then have to sit on them for a while so the most efficient way of doing this is to have the engines ready to go in the vehicles about the time Technosports needs them.
