Hopefully it happens sooner for you but If I were to hazard a guess I would say that EM will likely just wait for this offer 50% bonus offer to expire and then issue one big batch. They already have a history of issuing numbers around major holidays and labor day this year looks like it will be very big for them.

Hey guys & gals out there in Elioland, just wanted to float an idea here for ALL of us to consider: zelio has been a strong supporter and a real trooper for the cause. She is strong and has been a beacon in the dark for us when some of us may have wavered.

How many of us are on this forum? More than a thousand? Don't know exactly how we could do this, but I do think, from the heart, that it is very much worth a try. Let's see how much zelio still needs to complete her "$1000-all in" reservation and let's set up a place, maybe through "paypal?" to each send her what see needs to be ALL IN now.

With our numbers, I doubt that it would cost any of us more than maybe .50 cents.

What say yea? Anybody else in?

Thank you everyone, for all your good thoughts and positive feedback. I love sharing time with you each day. You will all be very happy to know that as of yesterday and thanks to some wonderful surprise gifts from friends, I am now all in for $1,000 and waiting for my number. Is it time for the numbers to be released yet? When do you think the next release will be? I know from experience it can be anywhere between 4 weeks and 10 weeks. I promise not to nag. At least not too much, anyway. LOL Z

I will be happy if mine is not ready until spring break, 2016 so have not worried about the reservation numbers yet. It would make a nice tirp to fly there, pick it up after the 3-day factory tour event, then drive home. I had planned to go $1,000 all-in just before the 40,000 reservations (the number that I thought the 50% match was to end) but now I have to pony up by August 31. I do not mind being further back in line, but I do not want to miss the 50% return on our money. My thinking was that if 25% of the reservations were $1,000 all-in then I would be somewhere around 10,000. With this new announcment I believe that by 9/1/14 the $1,000 all-in numbers will be between 10,000 and 15,000. I am looking forward to seeing what the Comic-Con in San Diego does for the reservation numbers.

Also I would not want to be in the group that has to pay more than the $6,800 target price. I realize that they could raise the price on us, but it would be very bad press to get us all in, then up the the price. If they are going to up the price, then it will probably be for those who reserve after the date of the price increase announcment.

I am thinking the decision to close this deal by 9/1/14 indicates that the furure of Elio is much more secure, maybe they found the investors they were looking for. Any thoughts???

According to my calendar, August 4 is "Civic Holiday" in Canada! I wonder if EM might be persuaded to release the numbers then? Yeah, I didn't think so.

+1. Same here. I'm not even going to mention it. I'd just be wasting my time and making her mad. My $100 all in will just have to do.
