Hope the Tapatalk issue gets resolved soon. What passes for a browser on my phone sucks to browse forums on.
FWIW, this is the only forum I'm having Tapatalk issues with.
A life without snowmobiling or ice fishing is an incomplete life. I'm not saying I wouldn't enjoy sitting on your patio with ya right now, though. 24° and taking a break from doing some work on the plow truck that should have been done a month ago...
The ones I've seen are around $4000 a set (ATV sized), and 100+ lbs each. I don't think they'd be practical, but oh what an ice fishing rig!
I think the only reason people worry about the front suspension is that it's out in the open for everyone to see. Lots of cars on the road with similar...
Picture from USA Today. Story and bigger version here: http://ftw.usatoday.com/2014/11/green-bay-packers-military-tribute-veterans-day-thank-you-pictures I have it as my screensaver now.
From someone who was there, it was awesome. Hard to hold the card up and get a pic, so I don't have one from my seat. Note that the pics above in Lock's post are from '11. This is one of those things that keep recirculating around the interwebz.
I had a blast, could have saved $60 or so on...
Like I said...
What I can't predict is whether the plows have cleared that mound of snow between the two 4 wheeler tire tracks, or how an Elio will respond to them.
As we're getting our first taste of winter up here, I thought I'd start this thread. I'm gonna use it to keep track of how many days a winter I'd want to leave the Elio home and take the truck.
Feel free to play along, wherever you are, and for what ever reason you wouldn't/couldn't take the...
We call em "beaters" around here. Cheap cars that get you by, but aren't much to look at, or generally exciting in any way. My Buick fits that category.
I suspect most that are not all in are like me, not in at all for whatever reason.
My reason is simple. I'm not buying (or lining up to buy) a car I haven't seen and driven yet.
There's a million reasons not to be in, only one to be-the Elio itself.
Refundable just doesn't make sense to me...
I'm fluent in many dialects of English, from Georgia hillbilly to Canadian hoser, but Brit English is not my strong suit. Im learning a little through Top Gear (the good one, not our version) and your posts, though.
:D
You neglect to mention how we're supposed to compress that air. Regardless of power source, compressors are not very efficient. The 150 hp electric compressor in the factory I work in provides a good part of the winter heat from the huge heat exchangers it needs to run. 8 months out of the...
A naturally aspirated 6L diesel is pumping (ignoring volumetric efficiency losses, for simple math purposes) 4500 l/min of air, turbo motors more yet.
Does anyone really believe that changing the makeup of 4 ONE HUNDREDTHS OF ONE PERCENT (.0004) of that volume will make a real, measureable...
It's 11/2 now, and I bet booth setup has to be done early for a huge show like SEMA. Imagine the chaos if everyone exhibiting there tried to move in Monday.
