I always carry a jack, especially on long trips, and AAA & cell phone. Also I already have 'this' to place in the trunk of my Elio, in addition to their can of 'Fix-a-Flat'!View attachment 2084

I pretty much carry that on my motorcycle now. I am not waiting 2 hours plus for assistance.

Another point since I am sure you will not be carrying a jack or a spare.

I can't remember the last time I had a flat tire. In fact, I'm not sure I have ever had one so I'm not worried about it. Besides that is why I belong to AAA. :-) Z

That is what I call being ready if you are not calling AAA. Good visual you posted. I just heard from a friend recently that the BMW Cooper cars do not carry spare Tires. Other past reply's have said some cars just do not come with spare tires. I do not carry a spare tire on my motorcycle. I notice your compressor in the pic can be powered from a vehicle battery or vehicle outlet socket. I did see a lamp on the end of compressor (you're set). I am sure the procedure will be spelled out with photos in the Elio owners manual eh.For flat repair: I'll have Elio's plan. plus I will have a back up plan and last to call AAA or AMA or auto cycle insurance (road side assistance .Remember to replace tires when tread gets low, stay off roads where new construction is. Look ahead avoid driving over lumber on the roadways, avoid driving over any roadkill (sharp bones), etc..
It is very workable Elio friends.

I plan to put the spare/spares in my wife's trunk, and make sure my phone stays charged!

BMW's haven't come with spares for a decade or so now. Hasn't really been an issue for me or the wife.

Based on our posts regarding no flats..............we will both have flats soon........maybe we should check our vehicles right now! I'm buying a can of fix a flat tomorrow. LOL
