Goin back a couple years, my bride used to fly up to Houma to do audits for Time Warner Cable. She always brought me home a box of beignets. Still remember them. Good eatin. I'll bring my poncho liner. Should fit in the trunk with my carry on for the return trip.

At your age neither did I. However your smart to see the value at your age and I can't think of a better way to save money than with an Elio in your future. So please save your money for it.

I was thinking of putting the 1K around the end of year but seeing as they put a deadline on it. Like goofyone said couldn't come up with the rest to make to 1k. No biggie ill just wait till my time comes.

I have a plan in mind to pay for the Elio during my trip home from the factory. Not many will be making money on that drive home.

I have been ready to go all in for a while now, but had to take the wife to see it before she was ready. Drove 300 miles, set in backed up traffic due to accidents for almost 4 hours in Denver but we made it and she agreed to going all in for 1000........

I plunked my 1K down yesterday too. Too cheap to pass up the $250 net gain by not putting it off. I'd pay the 1k just to see the excitement mount next year. Congrats to viii_ball, wjdom, Don T.NN4S, and skygazer6033. Now we need someone to keep track and reconnoiter the plant area with a drone of something for the slightest stirrings at the plant in Shrevesport. I'm estimating $250 for the plane ticket down there. Any better travel ideas let's hear them Please. Once again congrats to all the oneKers.
