Free marketing from the GVSU mass communication department's video production class I would guess. I would give an A+ for a grade! Probably a just completed fall quarter ad creation assignment about something of interest (ELIO) to the group of students involved. Love how Elio has successfully nurtured so much grassroot support... fits their image perfectly! Like it's been said before...the VW Bug for the 21st century...only better.
