Do you at least report it. We just had a case here where someone hit a deer and drove off, the next car that came around the corner hit the deer laying in the road and flipped killing the 48 year old driver and a 10 year old child.

That's a shame.
I think of the ones I've hit, I only killed two. Both of those were off the road. One that I hit a few weeks ago was injured and stumbled into the road behind me and caused the truck behind me to stop until it could crawl off the road. I wasn't carrying at the time so there's not much I could have done except run it over again to put it out.
Never thought of reporting it, though in our area cel signal is spotty as well.
